Door Installation in Scotland

Another Successful Door Installation in Scotland

Ace Door Systems is pleased to report the latest installation of heavy-duty impact and crash batter-through doors at a commercial facility in Hamilton, Scotland. These doors were specified to withstand frequent high-impact use in a fast-moving operational environment where traditional doors would not cope with the level of traffic or daily wear.

The project required a robust solution capable of handling repeated force from pallet trucks, trolleys and handling equipment while maintaining clear and efficient access between internal areas. To achieve this, Ace supplied and installed a pair of high-performance impact doors designed specifically for durability and smooth operation in demanding applications such as distribution centres, production facilities and logistics warehouses.

To ensure perfect fitment and structural alignment, the doors were supplied with custom-fabricated steel frames manufactured in-house by our engineering team. This allowed installation into an existing opening without additional building work, saving the client time and cost. The custom frames also increased long-term reliability by providing enhanced stability and support under continual heavy use.

The installation was completed efficiently with minimal disruption, and the client has already reported improvements in operational flow and reduced maintenance issues. These doors will significantly extend service life compared to standard door systems and help protect surrounding infrastructure from accidental impact damage.

Ace Door Systems continues to expand its footprint throughout Scotland, delivering engineered access solutions tailored to challenging environments.
